OneSolution Enterprise Model (EM)
The OneSolution Enterprise Model (EM) is a full Enterprise Business Model which focuses on the fundamental nature of an organisation’s business functions and the information flows among them; is holistic in nature; and aims at understanding the overall information requirements of the organisation. It provides both the functional perspective, known as the Process Architecture, the data perspective, known as the Data Architecture and the information flow perspective, known as the Information Systems Architecture. The EM links the functions with the data that are created and used across the organisation; it is not enough to just have the data perspective, commonly referred to as the Enterprise Data Model.

OneSolution Logical Data Model (LDM)
The Enterprise Data Architecture comprises of a full set of integrated Logical Data Models (LDMs) based on the business themes, often referred to as data subjects, defined in the Enterprise Model.
The set of integrated LDMs have been successfully implemented and fully integrated into the overall Business Systems Architecture of some organisations around the world. The integrated LDMs model all business rules and implement those business rules in an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
The LDMs are represented by an Object Model based on Semantic Relational Modelling, compliant with ISO standards and implemented using ISO data naming standards and conventions. The LDMs are fully integrated with 'one fact in one place', guaranteeing no duplication of 'like' business concepts. The OneSolution Dimensional Data Model (DDM) comprises of a set of pre-defined multi-dimensional views based on the implementation of typical business questions and user access requirements in an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) solution.
The DDM is based on the industry-based LDMs providing the ability to answer any business question. It is independent of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and RDBMS platforms.

OneSolution Real-Time Data Quality Management (RT-DQM) Tool
The OneSolution Real-Time Data Quality Management (RT-DQM) tool provides automated real-time case management of all business rule exceptions and violations. The RT-DQM tool enforces the business rules defined in the OneSolution LDM and implemented in the OneSolution PDM in an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) solution.
The RT-DQM provides the capability to clean up the root cause of poor data quality typically found in business processes and / or application systems. The RT-DQM tool replaces the high-cost data profiling approach to data quality and resolves the two key business imperatives of data currency and guaranteed business confidence in real-time data quality.
The RT-DQM tool is provided for each of the industry-based LDMs and is independent of ETL and RDBMS platforms. It is implemented as part of the first stage of an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) solution and is re-used for each subsequent project. It is an Enterprise-based product.
